On 16 October 2008, the Modification Panel determined that a Development Work Group should be established to take forward work on Modification Proposal 0227. The Development Work Group was charged with producing a Development Work Group Report for the Modification Panel to consider on 16 April 2009.
Discussion of this Proposal was incorporated within Distribution Workstream meetings, and minutes of the relevant discussion are provided below.
