14 April 2011 Notice of Closure
The Modification Panel formally requested a View from Ofgem regarding the User Pays aspects of Modification 0337. Ofgem's response, published on our website, indicates that the modification should proceed no further and should instead be allowed to lapse in accordance with paragraph 12.8.3 of the UNC modification rules.
The modification has therefore now been closed.
