| This Modification will update the rules (known as “Soft Landing”). These rules were put in place for 12 months to support a Supply Meter Point (SMP) first transferring from Non-Daily Metered to Daily Metered. When these were originally introduced these were intended to apply for single period on first entering a Daily Metered Class however currently Supply Meter Points (SMPs) that become Daily Metered (DM) obtain a Soft Landing Period each time they move from Class 3 or 4 back into Class 1 or 2 which is not aligned to the original intention of the Soft Landing Period. This Modification will ensure that the Soft Landing Period can apply only once for the Supply Meter Point. |
