0936S - 3 Year Modified Extension to UNC 0780S

Under UNC 0780, the SAGE Gas Terminal was granted a 5 year relaxation to the NEA maximum carbon dioxide (CO₂) export specification from 4 mole% to 6 mole%. 

In this UNC Modification, SAGE is proposing that the relaxation is extended for 3 years but be constrained to a maximum of 5.5 mole% CO₂, a maximum of 2 events per year and a maximum duration of 2 days per excursion.  The SAGE Operator would consider transferring to the more restrictive terms ahead of the 2027 termination date of the current relaxation.
