Consents to Modify

The Gas Transporters Licence provides, subject to Ofgem approval, for the Uniform Network Code to be modified without the need to go through the full modification process.  This 'Consent to Modify' route is used to introduce what are sometimes referred to as 'housekeeping' changes to the UNC.  For example, this may be used to correct cross-references, or when the name of a party is changed - such as when references to Transco were replaced with National Grid.

Details of Consents to Modify that have been raised by the Transporters are provided here.
