National Grid finalised the majority sale of its Gas Transmission business on 31 January 2023. The legal entity that carries on the gas transmission business and holds the gas transporter licence remains the same; it simply changed its name to National Gas Transmission following the sale. This housekeeping Modification proposes to update all references of National Grid, National Grid NTS, National Grid Gas and National Grid Company plc to National Gas Transmission to align with the licence holder.
