With effect from 01 April 2008, some Xoserve provided services are subject to the User Pays approach. The services concerned and the associated charges can be found in the Agency Charging Statement, which is produced jointly by the relevant Gas Transporters and is published here along with the supporting contractual arrangements and terms and conditions.
